Aaron “Wheelz” Fotheringham has an amazing mindset when it comes to fear.
I find it very inspiring and also interesting with how Aaron copes with his fear.
Check out this amazing video of Aaron Wheelz Fotheringham dealing with fear while he hit’s Bob Burnquist’s Mega ramp on his wheel chair.
I love this video becauseI can relate to it.
I’m a bit a bit of an adrenaline junky myself, I’ve done some crazy shit in my past, shit where I’ve been scared shitless… but at the same time knowing I could do it.
Here’s a photo of me doing a wall ride on my snowboard maybe 2 years ago.
This was actually my first time ever trying a wall ride on a snowboard and I was doing it on a gnarly feature…. which had lots of consequences.
I was terrified/nervous but I was able to pull it together and stomp it.
It was one of the best feelings of accomplishments I’ve ever experienced.
I think conquering your fear has to be one of the most satisfying feelings to ever to experience.
Even addictive you can say…
With that being said…
I want you to tell me a time in your life where you had to conquer your fears. What was it exactly?
